Simple Home Baked Cake with Policecar

We just came back from Taiwan for a month of vacation. Mick says we have to be fair (2nd Year Still Dinosaur Cake but with Lego) and we decided to make a cake in just a week of notice. Same Chantilly flavor but I need to come out with his favorite policecar decorated idea.

This time it didn’t come out as we expected lol. We had to move some burnt parts but still tried to cope with the loose crumb top. I thought icing could help and it did work like glue to seal the gap.

There are multiple cracks but I’m sure no one would notice once the icing is on haha!

Looks not bad and I intended to make it look like a hill because in reality I can’t flip the top half due to the loose parts.

The statement cake is done: Simply the policecar cake and it’s a Taiwan 110 policecar! Happy Birthday to my 4 year old boy Charles!
