Emma’s Kitchen - Beef Noodles

My best recipe to keep my family’s belly warm and healthy!

Some tweaks to the beef stew soup:

  1. Half pot to make Japanese curry:

    • Remove all solid ingredients from the pressure cooker.

    • Scoop out the soup enough to dissolve store bought Japanese curry cubes.

    • Sift the dissolved curry for a smooth texture, ready to pour!

  2. The other half pot to make beef buns:

    • Drain most of the liquid.

    • Use store bought green onion pancake to make your life easier lol. Thaw the wrappers until soft and stretchable.

    • Wrap the beef chunks (cut smaller) and other ingredients to round shapes. Pan fry them until brown and crispy!
