Beef Curry Udon Noodles with Egg

It’s always a success using the pressure cooker on my beef stew recipe with tomato and carrots. Simply adding the Japanese curry cubes for another delicious flavor. 

 

And always add an half-cooked egg - the best part!

 

Use the original cooked beef soup to dissolve the curry cubes. Never use additional boiled water or the soup will be too diluted. Sift the curry sauce to make it smooth and creamy. Add it back to the beef stew - the final product.
