Pokemon the Ultimate Pumpkin Carving
Not sure how I had that courage taking the three-pumpkin-at-a-time challenge AND Pokemon per request. All the chaos began with Mick’s purchase of three pumpkins…
I’m not telling you who/what characters they are until the end LOL. They cost me almost three hours of work and I think it’s worth to take a few minutes to read/finish this article. Different than last year - outlined pattern, I remove more rind and cut further deep down in a hope to create the “lampshades”.
Alright I have to give them credits working hard on cleaning/preparing the pumpkins so I can take over the creative part!
The dremel comes with all kinds of heads but I figured I only need these two, except for the wrench (to loosen the screw).
A day covered by pumpkin debris. Literally on my hair too!
Wow looks like I worn out this one. Fortunately Mick says it’s easy to replace the head (sand paper).
As the carving goes, it’s kind of a mix of the reference picture and my imagination. Picturing them glowing and thinking of how should they shine.
They turn out glamorous and distinguishable!
Ok the answers are Lucario, Charizard and Pikachu (daytime picture).
